Do you plan or improvise?

Recently, I have asked myself „If I want to be successful woman it is necessary to have a life plan or should I just improvise on life events and obstacles?”


Life is unpredictableLong time ago generals in ancient 
times had a strategy to conquer castles or even whole territory. Going to war without strategy is foolishness, right? Is it the same in ordinary life? I am kind of person who has to plan at least one month in advance. And vision of long term aims and ways how to get them makes me much calmer. On the other hand at this time, in this world you have to be prepared to improvise every single day. Life is so unpredictable. But I think that the life plan is tool which can help you to decide and improvise in a right way.

One summer day when I was working in California I’ve met a 13 years old girl. She impressed me. She is so young but she exactly knows how her life will look like. She has a dream. And she knows, what she has to do, what she has to sacrifice in order to change her dream to reality. She knows every single step she has to pass to get what she dreams about. She has my admiration!

How to become successful
And I also know tons of people who don´t have their life “aimed”. They just continue going in their life without any vision. That means life - full of improvising. But I am not sure whether this is the way, how to become successful or
